I had a fabulous stay at the hotel with luxurious, spacious rooms that were extremely clean. The amazing bathroom suite and phenomenal room view made it a top-notch experience. However, there were some minor issues like the need for batteries in the channel changer and no gluten-free bread options for breakfast.
The hotel is ideally located within V/Island, close to fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls. The rooms offer a stunning view of the beach, though some maintenance like thicker blinds is needed. The service was helpful overall, but a bit edgy at times. Dining was decent but lacked presence at certain stations. The wooden panels need revamping, and the city sightseeing view is beautiful.
